Not at all. Though food safety problems are very serious in Ghana policy makers hardly discuss them. We therefore have a big task of letting them appreciate how serious the problems are.

I am not a citizen in this country, I work here since 20 years, what I had observed last two years the food safety issue became more involved in all sections. HACCP is now becoming compulsary in hotels specially 5 stars if they want to stay in business. more and more food specialist will be required soon.
